Clearwater
The Clearwater site features two buildings, Meadowlands and Lakeview. Meadowlands can accommodate a maximum of 48, and the Lakeview can sleep an additional 54 guests, for a site maximum of 102 guests. The Clearwater site includes the use of a beach volleyball court, sports and recreational equipment, and waterfront. It also includes the use of the meeting room on the first floor of Yukon Hall, just across the road from Meadowlands. Clearwater is available on either a fully-catered or self-catered basis:
Meadowlands features: 
- 8 rooms with three sets of bunk beds in each room
- Three-piece ensuite washrooms in each room
- The convenience of self-contained quarters with lodging and dining facilities located in the same building
- Pop Machine and Pay Phones
- Access to the Tuck Shop (featuring clothing, snacks, beverages, souvenirs, and other items)
- Sports and recreational equipment available for free time activities
- Access to fully operational waterfront with NLS certified life guards
- Wrap-around cedar porch with built-in benches for warm weather meetings
