After you book, please ensure that you have completed the following forms.
Contract Information and Deposit Your contract and deposit information will be mailed to you once you have booked. Generally, we ask that contracts and deposits be returned within three weeks of your initial confirmation call.
Program Options Selection Sheets Please return your program selections sheet with your contract and deposit, within three weeks of your initial call.
Hold Harmless Agreement and Insurance Information Please sign and return the Hold Harmless agreement as soon as possible. Also, we require a copy of your certificate of insurance. In most cases, a certificate can be gained by contacting your school board and asking the board’s insurance company to forward us a copy of your certificate.
Final Instructions Sheet The Final Instructions sheet is to be returned at least two weeks before your trip to Ontario Pioneer Camp. It includes basic information including your final numbers, dietary and health restrictions, etc.
Rooming Sheets Please return your completed rooming sheets at least two weeks prior to your stay. Accomodation details and rooming sheets are available in the Accommodations section.
