Prices stated are per person and are HST exempt. All groups are required to pay for the site minimums (Cedarwood 15, Clearwater 30, Lodge 75), and thereafter for each additional guest. 2-Night Catered Weekends Include: - All meals, starting with a Friday night snack and ending with lunch or brunch on Sunday. - Up to 2 hours of facilitated Outdoor Programming on Saturday. Winter weekends may also have one hour per evening of tubing or broomball. - The use of specific outdoor equipment and facilities, such as beach volleyball and broomball, as stated on the programming options sheet. - Use of specific buildings and meeting rooms on your site. Self-Catered Weekends Include: - Up to 2 hours of facilitated Outdoor Programming on Saturday afternoon. - The use of specific outdoor equipment and facilities, such as beach volleyball and broomball, as stated on the programming options sheet. - Use of specific buildings and meeting rooms on your site. Standard Check-In and Check-Out Times Check-In: 6:30pm or later Check-Out: Before 2:30pm, but you will be asked to be out of your rooms by 10am Check-in for a Friday night with dinner is 4:30pm or later. |
