The 252 program is about 14 to 17 year olds growing in the knowledge and likeness of the greatest servant of all: Jesus Christ.
Here is what a day at 252 looks like:
Service Time – Part of the day you will serve in one of three different streams: kitchen crew/food preparation, dish pit crew, task crew/maintenance & housekeeping.
(Hours served at camp in the 252 Program count towards the OSSD’s required 40 hours of mandatory community service. Certificates to be issued at each session’s end)
Rocking out Camp – Wild campfires, wide games, Frisbee golf, swimming, boating, squad competitions, the BLOB, and much, much more.
Activities - Whether it is the climbing wall, the challenge course, or biking on a trail, all of the activities we do will concentrate on leadership. Using the activities as the vehicle, we will explore the concepts of teamwork, perseverance, or risk taking
Bible Studies, Worship & Small Groups - An important part of each day will include spending time together worshiping in creation and looking at what the Bible can teach us about the God we serve and what it looks like to be a christlike leader.
